Lilly is a Physiotherapist and trained in the UK. Following her studies, Lilly worked in both the NHS and elite sports, specialising in football, working at Chelsea FC Academy, Watford FC and Barnet FC..
Lilly has always been a keen sports enthusiast and from a young age, was a national level swimmer, athlete and tennis player. Her focus and dedication to her academic training has helped her build the LEAN enterprise, attracting over 2 million followers, sharing her knowledge with people across the globe.
Lilly is a passionate advocate for happy and healthy living. She established her social media channels in 2015 and her following continues to grow.
Lilly was born in London and is of mixed English, Irish and Cypriot heritage. She is hugely passionate about helping people achieve their fullest potential through fitness, healthy eating and fun.
